Production Facilities/Divisions

Company has established the different division in different phases as detailed below:

	Captive Power Division at Raigarh (C.G.)

	During the year 2005 the promoters of the company decided to add 12 MW Captive Power Plant. Out of which 6 MW through Waste Heat Recovery Boiler and 6 MW through FBC Boiler. The total investment in this division was 51.35 Crore and was financed through Term Loan of Rs. 33.50 Crore by Punjab National Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce under consortium. The plant declared its commercial production in April 2008.
All the plant & machinery and equipments were purchased from reputed Indian suppliers like Cethar Vessels and Siemens Ltd. The plant is synchronized with CSEB Grid. We have signed a Power Purchase Agreement with CSEB for supply of 4 MW Power the rate of the same is Rs. 3.00 per unit. Apart from that we are also taking 3 MW power from CSEB to maintain the load factor and power factor. The plant is running satisfactory till now. During the year 31.03.2013 the division has achieved the turnover of 22.60 Crore. The account is running satisfactory with all the banks. The company is also enjoying working capital facility of Rs. 2.50 Crore as on 31.03.2013 from Punjab National Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce and account is running satisfactory.
